Valani Mat Cutter
This is a Manual/Pneumatic Cutter that allows the V grooving of the backing mat and the cutting of a bevelled open space to highlight the print or photo. It can be used to cut square, round, oval or rectangular openings as well as allowing the framer to cut multiple openings as required.
